Hi All! Long time, no journal. I'm here to change that. I'm moving back to music for at least a journal. This time, rather than being plain old lyrics (sorry again) or an introduction to an artist (I hope you all found a Paul McDermott song you still listen to) this is going to be an analysis of a verse (maybe two, I haven't decided) from a lyrical stand point.   Here's the first song: The Ballad of Mona Lisa by Panic! at the Disco. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbET6rLwSFA You will note that the link <- is to a lyric video, that is because the amazing video isn't the topic of analysis today. No, that last entry was a song sung by Paul McDermott ( I have no clue who wrote the original). I will admit that I was feeling depressed when I posted it but not enough to off myself. And if I was I wouldn't have posted it quite like that. I just really love the song. I'll put a link in at the end if anyone wants to hear it. Paul McDermott is an entertainer. He sings and tells jokes. He was first known for his work in the Doug Anthony Allstars (a lot of that's on youtube) then he did Good News Week (We

Hey, so here is the deal yes I was talking about you... but it was good, not bad. lol I was talking to my grandma about how you really like history & reading, so she suggested a book for you: it is by Margret gorge - and her book is called Cleopatra, it's historical fic with all true facts and it takes her about 4 years to write a book. Apparently to my grandma she is really good and my grandma advised this book for you. lol don’t know if you read it but thought id see. :D
